Centering Yourself in Unconditional Love
Meditation with Gabriella
Centering yourself is essential to become the best and most beautiful version of yourself.
I would like you to close your eyes and take a few nice deep breaths. Count to five as you are breathing in hold your breath for a few seconds and count to five as you breathe out. Keep breathing in and out slowly and think about your body and your soul.
Imagine your body filled with your favorite color. I am using a light pink color today, like rose quartz. Imagine this color starting at your toes, gently coming up on your leg toward your thighs, and hips up to your torso, than your chest, heading down your arms, and toward your neck and head.
Now, that you’re filled with your most favorite and beautiful color. I want you to imagine this color also embedded with the most beautiful light that radiates throughout and outside of your body.
Now imagine that this is what you are radiating colorful beautiful light.
I would like you to repeat these words after me:
I am filled with light that is radiating within my body and soul.
I am sending unconditional love and acceptance to myself.
My soul, it’s beautiful and radiant and whole.
I am choosing to be the best version of myself.
Let’s take a few nice deep breaths and repeat these words:
I am filled with light that is radiating within my body and soul.
I am sending unconditional love and acceptance to myself.
My soul, it’s beautiful and radiant and whole.
I am choosing to be the best version of myself.
I want you to continue to take some nice deep breaths and let those words sink in. I would like you to think about accepting yourself with unconditional love in the present moment. The past is the past, the future is the future. Whatever happened before it has already happened. I would like you to concentrate on the present moment. Continue to focus on your breath and as you are breathing in imagine gathering your favorite color and light and have your breath fill your body with that color and light. As you are breathing out, I want you to let things from the past go. Now, at this moment your new life begins. Your life is filled with unconditional love for yourself.
I would like you to repeat these words after me:
I love myself unconditionally.
I feel the love within my body, within my cells, and within my soul.
I am love in the purest form.
Let’s take a few nice deep breaths and repeat these words:
I love myself unconditionally.
I feel the love within my body, within my cells, and within my soul.
I am love in the purest form.
Imagine your body and your soul fully emerged in love, centered in light that is bright and beautiful like the sun shining down on you in a wonderful warm summer afternoon.
Imagine your body centered and loved. Your body and soul are incredible and joyful. I would like you to like stay here for a while soaking in the sun rays centered and loved by yourself.
Now, I would like you to remember this feeling this unconditional love for you for your soul and everything within. I would like your body and your mind and your soul to be filled with this feeling from now on till eternity. Take a few nice deep breaths and slowly open your eyes and fill the love within yourself.

Providing Energy Protection
Meditation with Gabriella
Your body is full of energy that comes from around you and from within you.
You can place your hands in front of you and put them together by either placing them on top of each other on your chest or putting them together in front of you in a prayer position and putting a firm pressure between your two hands. Providing a closed circuit for your energy to flow within you and enhancing the power that you will feel within yourself.
One of my favorite position is laying down and placing both of my feet together to create a circle while also placing both of my hands together to create another circle. Your hands could be placed up above your head in front of your chest or on your abdomen, whatever is comfortable for you.
Ways to enhance the energy around you include being in nature or under water like in the shower or a waterfall the energy flow increases. If you have the opportunity to meditate in nature the energy field increases around you. The earth provides you grounding. The water provides the energy flow. The warmth of the sun and the gentleness of the wind create positive and supportive energy around you.
I want you to close your eyes and imagine that every single cell in your body carries energy and light.
Take a few nice deep breaths and feel your cells providing the energy that you need.
Now, I want you to imagine the most beautiful and wonderful warm light that is created by the energy of your cells that are within your body and in your surrounding environment.
Imagine these tiny little lights becoming a small circle that becomes a three-dimensional small energy ball.
Imagine these small energy balls coming together and surrounding your body. It is a happy feeling it feels like there are beautiful light bubbles around you that are there to support and protect you.
Now, imagine letting the light energy balls become bigger and bigger until they form an ever-expanding forcefield around you. The field becomes bigger and bigger until it fully surrounds your body your environment and it keeps growing to cover the earth in a protective light energy shield. I want you to know that you are not alone. Many people around you have the same abilities to provide protection and love and joy to others. The collection of these people creates a web of protection around everything you know.
Now, I want you to concentrate and feel that you are part of this shield protecting earth and everything within. now look outside of earth and imagine planets and stars in the universe around you. don’t restrict yourself let your imagination flow. Now you can imagine some of the light energy balls breaking loose from the earth’s surroundings sending light and protection out to the universe and beyond.
Continue to take nice deep breaths and fill the protective light energy surrounding your body and everything around you.
Feel the simplicity, the joy, the love that comes from this pure energy from within you floating to everything that’s around you. There’s absolutely no limit to the power of your love end pure light that you can provide to yourself and everyone around you.
Stay here for a while. Stay with the light. Bring your hand hands to your heart and feel the energy within you. Now, put your hands in front of you and pick up a ball whichever size you feel right for you. A ball of light with energy from your surroundings and bring it into your heart into your body.
Take a few nice deep breaths and slowly open your eyes feeling energized and happy.

Opening Your Heart and Letting your Fears Go
Imagery Meditation Practice

I would like you to close your eyes and take a few nice slow deep breaths.
Breathing in and out. Taking your time and feeling the beath as it is coming into your body and slowly leaving your body.
Now, I would like you to imagine your heart opening like a beautiful flower. Take a moment to imagine your favorite flower.
Stay here for a second take a nice deep breath and breathe into your heart making your flower open. Feel the sun shining through your heart bringing a beautiful light to your flower and imagine your heart is full of joy and it is full of happiness.
Now, imagine the flower spreading its spores all around your body and bringing happiness and joy. Feel the emotions going through your body expanding from your heart toward your arms and legs and above towards your head.
Spend a few moments here. Take some nice deep breaths and feel the joy and the happiness surrounding your body.
Now, imagine that everything around you is pure energy that interacts with your body, bringing positivity and support into your heart. Now repeat these words after me:
I am healthy. I am well. I am happy. I invite joy into my life.
Now imagine that anything that causes you stress or fear. Bring the emotions together and create a ball out of your emotions. I can see this ball as a foaming grayish-black cloud. Gather all the anxiety and stress from your body into this ball. Bring the ball in front of your body. Put both of your hands out and hold the ball. Make sure you get all the fear, anxiety, and stress out from your body into this ball.
Now, as you’re holding the ball in your hand turn it into light bring all the energy and positivity from your surroundings and your heart and let your fear go. Create this beautiful light that shines through you, within you, and around you.
Now repeat these sentences with me:
I am healthy. I am well. I am happy. I invite joy into my life.
I am opening my heart to new experiences. I am letting fear, anxiety, and stress go from my life.
I bring love joy happiness and health into my heart.
I know that my spirit is beautiful and whole.
I am healthy. I am well. I am happy. I am inviting joy into my life.
Stay here for a moment. Take some nice deep breaths and enjoy are the beauty you have invited into your heart and your life.

Human Consciousness
What are we capable of?

Many questions can come up when we are talking about human consciousness.
What is our human mind capable of? What is it mean to be human?
There are more and more discussions about what consciousness is. There’s a recent movie that came out directed by Caroline Cory called Superhuman. In the movie, you can see multiple experiments, scientific measurable experiments that pushed the limits that we thought that we are capable of as humans. If you have not seen this movie, I highly recommend it can truly change the thinking of human ability.
What do you think you are capable of as a human? Are your abilities constricted within your physical body? Is it possible that you can expand your mind and open up and control your body function and change things within your body as well as outside of your body?
Caroline Cory in her interview exploring extrasensory consciousness on Gaia states “positive thinking is a dominant force” in the conversation when the question came up if we can change things could we also change things negatively. As an example, if I want to stop the rain until I got to my car with this mess up something in the universe and our earth cycle. What if it meant to be raining? If too many people are thinking negative things would our energy as a collective tend to shift over negative things?
Caroline Cory believes that things tend to side with positivity. Caroline discusses that if you believe that you are well you can make your body change and be well.
She states:” Accept that you are well” and “believe that it is possible”.

I watched another interview Facing our Transhuman Future and Open Minds on Gaia Gregg Braden with George Noorie.
Gregg describes “I am convinced we can change things with our thoughts”
Gregg talks about ourselves that we have about 50 trillion of them and each cell can create an electric potential of 0.07 volts. He also describes our cells’ ability to be photon generators and have the ability to self-regulate.
Both Caroline and Gregg believe that we can heal and rejuvenate our bodies.

Both Greg and Caroline have done extensive work to explore human consciousness and human abilities.
I would be curious to find out what have been your experiences when it comes to our minds and bodies?
Do you believe in the ability that we can heal ourselves? Do you believe ability that we can change things around us by changing our thoughts and becoming one with everything that surrounds us?
There’s a lot of debate about what is possible and what is not. Are we limited? What can we do? More and more people have experiences that we call miracles. Have you had one of those experiences? When did something you wanted to happen did happen?
There are a lot of questions and multiple different opinions about our limits and abilities as human beings. What do you think? How do you feel about this topic? Does it make you curious? Is it interesting or is it upsetting?
Have you noticed changes in your body when you meditate or when you’re in deep relaxation?
You might have felt that there’s something different there’s an internal calmness. You might have had feelings that there’s no limit to your mind. You might have seen things that did not make sense for you didn’t understand.

Perfect Moments
Unwrapping the present

Do you remember them? Those moments when you were thinking I wish this moment would last forever. It is just perfect. Everything is the way it is supposed to be. You feel pure joy and happiness. You feel harmony and oneness with everything and everyone.
There are moments in our life. Precious moments. When everything seems just right. Have you had one of those moments? I hope you had many. Sometimes those moments come when you least expect them. They can surprise you anywhere at any time.
It can be right here right now while you are reading this article are or you are hearing me talking about it. I believe life is truly amazing and I treasure those precious moments whenever they come.
I feel fortunate to have had many of those wonderful precious moments in my life throughout my days. All I need to do is close my eyes for a second, take a nice deep breath, and feel the serenity, the joy, and the oneness around me.
It is truly wonderful to be able to feel this way. I feel blessed and grateful to be able to experience the wonders of life in the peaceful moments when you feel everything’s good, everything the way it’s supposed to be, and it is going to be okay.
Life can bring hardships and difficulties into our lives; that could be trouble at work, at home, with your car, with your family. It is important to take the time and enjoy your precious moments. Enjoy the present and treasure them. Take that second as you step out the door to look up at the sun and the sky.
Enjoy the view. Look at the trees take a breath and just stand there, stop to stop for a moment. The more you stop and enjoy the present moment the more you will have the feeling of those perfect moments, and the feeling of oneness and serenity around you.
It is also helpful if you come up with a little mantra for yourself whatever works in those moments when you stop Mine is I am love. I am joy. I am gratefulness my home is stillness.
I am sure you have heard me using these words before they still stay with me and provide the peace and joy I need in my life. I hope they bring you the same feeling.
I truly believe that when you tap into the stillness in the present moment around you: you will have the feeling that everything you need is already within you.
You are amazing. You have the most beautiful power that anyone can ever have. Love and joy and the stillness of the perfect moment are already within you.

The Magic of Caring
Being there for each other

The picture above is one of my favorite pictures of showing love and caring. A mother and a child. beautiful joy on their faces. Makes me smile every time I look at this picture. Caring for each other brings a wonderful experience.
I recently observed a simple act of caring and support for each other in the animal kingdom.
A few days ago, I was driving to work in the morning. Coming down on the hill of the backside of Astoria, Oregon I noticed a few deer. There were five of them. It is not unusual to see the deer in the town I almost see them every day. Today was different. I almost immediately noticed that there was something wrong. The male deer “buck” only was a few years old. I would look at him and think of him as a teenager. He was missing part of his crown. He had the left side intact, but the right side was missing.
I also noticed that there were three little ones between the male and the female. Based on their size look like they were born this year. Another unusual thing was that the group was moving slowly. That is when I noticed that the female deer was hurt. Her left back leg seemed painful, and she was moving slowly and limping.
I stopped my car and patiently waited until the group crossed. It was a nice reminder of how important it is to stick together if somebody’s hurt. This deer had a painful leg and could only move slowly, and the rest of the group stayed with her. I hope that her legs recover shortly, and she will be able to run and jump again.
There are many wonderful stories of caring and support in the animal kingdom. Many animals take in orphan babies of other species or provide comfort for each other. Seeing the support of the deer family was a great experience.
As humans, we have the power to support each other and care for each other anytime, at any moment. Having somebody who loves and cares for you provides great support and shows caring. When you feel that there’s another person who shows interest in your well-being there is a greater chance of recovery from any health or mental health issues. There’s also a greater chance of not developing problems because of having a support structure around you.
Caring for each other can be very simple. It could be just a check-in to say:” Hi, how are you? How are things going on in your life?” It can also be reassurance telling someone that you will be there for them, listening to them, offering to make a simple meal, picking up groceries, call to see if they need anything. Even just sending a message to someone you care about telling them that you’re thinking about them shows you love and care for that person. Paying attention to things people like is another way of caring.
In today’s running world we forget to stop and check-in with each other. I hope you have a chance today to stop and think about people you love and care for and show caring and support for the people around you or even for people who are far away from you. Showing love and caring and support for other people also bring joy to your life.
In the spirit of November and Thanksgiving, I am thankful for all the wonderful people in my life including my family, friends, fellow writers and coworkers, and people who I don’t know, and I might see or pass by. I’m thankful for all of you. I am thankful for all the people who check in with me every day to see how I am doing. I am grateful for all the people I have in my life.
